This project explores how user experience design and information structure can improve trust and transparency in LinkedIn job postings. Research revealed widespread user frustration with misleading listings, missing salary information, and uncertainty around job legitimacy.
Through survey data, usability testing, and interface analysis, I examined how UX principles could be applied to reduce cognitive load, clarify job information, and help users more confidently evaluate opportunities on professional platforms.
